Following our recent communication related to the announcement from the Bank of England of the publication of the new version of the UK Money Markets Code , ²ÝÝ®tv FMA is thrilled to inform that the updated version of the Code is now available on the ELAC platform.Ìý
To ensure that the Code remains relevant and up to date as markets evolve, the UK’s Money Markets Committee undertook a review of its content and the resulting revised version of the Code was published on 21 April 2021, as previously informed.Ìý
After the release, ²ÝÝ®tv FMA has completed a thorough review of all the UK MM content on ELAC -ÌýUK MM Code, Cases & Questions - and published the updated UK MM content on ELAC for benefit of the actual and future users. Ìý
